Building the service for safe and inclusive design critiques within the UK government

The Government Digital Service (GDS) is tasked with helping the digital transformation of the UK government. We design and build the services, tools and standards to help the government do this. Part of this work is to help build and upskill the user centred design (UCD) community. In this presentation, Jeremy will talk about how the UCD team within GDS have been building a safe and inclusion service and culture around getting feedback on design work.
